Shipping policy

All of our items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 1 working week for your order to be fulfilled before dispatch.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method—please refer to the estimated shipping times provided at checkout.

While we work closely with our couriers to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control (such as customs, postal delays, or strikes). We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.
